I love this book for many reasons.  One of them is that I can find tasty recipes for the interesting greens and other vegetables that we get in our organic basket delivery.  It is full of wonderful recipes for breakfast, appetizers, sauces, eggs, salads, soups, sandwiches, burgers, stir-frys/sautes, tofu, casseroles, beans pasta, grains, raw food and desserts!

  1. The original Moosewood Cookbook was so filled with artery clogging cheese and high test dairy that it was insane! I am so glad they are offering a different level of recipe now; we have to veganize ALL of the old recipes.
